Atlantic refund customers 1 months direct debits as a discount each year (= 8.3% discount).
At my last address I had to remind them & again at a new address I've had to remind them. Strange what computers cannot do when it involves payments to customers!!!
If anyone out there also uses them, check you have your annual refund.
