Whilst cancelling a recent flight booked with BA online I was confronted by a warning window to say that the card I had booked it on had expired and a refund couldn't be completed.
Ah-ha I thought, if I phone them and tell them this I will still only be due for the £15 online cancellation fee as oppose to the £30 telephone cancellation fee. No way BA !!! Apparently there is simply no way they can waive this £30 even though they admit it is a limitation of their online software that prevents refunds from being given to the new card instead of an expired one.
(Mind you I did use the www.saynoto0870.com site to get the freephone number instead of their ludicrous 0870 one.)
Anyone else come up against this ??

Like a priceless jewel buried in dark layers of soil and stone, earth radiates her brilliant beauty into the caverns of space and time.
Stately trees seem to brush the deep blue sky. Clouds billow to form magestic peaks. The songs of birds fill the air creating symphony upon symphony
