about 15 mins ago posted about a seller on e-bay who,s ripped me off,this guys feedback tells you he,s ripped off over 300 people yet although hes a thief he cant be named,its not as if its a 1 off,this is scandolous you only have to look at his feedback to see hes a crook,i tohught this site was to warn and help people save money,how can you do this if you cant warn fellow posters about a big crook liek this guy:mad: :mad:

yes it was because i named the person(not named him,but put his e-bay username on here) who ripped me and 300 others of,ok i could understand it being removed if it was a isolated case,but with that many people he,s ripped of,its not as if iam making it up there proof in abundance on his e-bay feedback:mad:

It's hard to say without knowing what you wrote. Could you just write the unadorned facts,calmly without naming him,at this point.I am sure people on here could tell you what might get removed,or not,give it a try.Don't get mad-get even-but do it within the rules.If you keep it simple-perhaps at some point ,you could get advice from the posters on here as to how you could name him,or otherwise.Explain,rather than alledge.I don't know much about forum rules,but am sure others can tell you,or pose a question on the site feedback board?

I mean re-write your post here,dont use the "t" word!

thnaks for your advice,but i,ll leave it,cant be bothered anymore to be truthful,i didnt state anything that wasnt true,nor did i slander him,nor did i name him(i dont know his name only company name)but cant beleive a thiefs being denfended on here,ill leavei t and if anyone else here gets ripped of by him,then tough i did my best to try and make people aware

Unless a company has been proven to commit theft,in a court-I would hazard a guess(maybe wrongly) that you can't call someone a thief.Of course you could write in slightly vaguer terms,with links -saying things like-what do you think of this feed back? Rather than making outright criticisms.

i was told couldnt name the person,nothnig about callnig them a thief,but hey what do i care anymore

I think a court would consider such words to be libellous!
