Debt agency or Southern Water?

Yesterday I received a letter from Advantis credit requesting me to call them about a debt I have with Southern Water.
I called Southern Water to find out how much it was for as I hadn't received any bill and it turns out it's just over £90, which I have no trouble in paying. I would have paid it sooner if I'd received the bills but the post around here is a little bad.
I'm going to pay it on monday as I understand I do owe this and I have no problem paying it.
But I just want to know, should I contact Advantis credit or Southern Water to make the payment? (I haven't spoken to Advantis Credit yet)
Thanks
edit: The bit about understanding that I owe it and not having a prob paying it is not a dig at anyone, I'm in debt too I'm just talking about this one bill.

"A bank* is a place where they lend you an umbrella in fair weather and ask for it back when it begins to rain."
(*Unless it's Santander. The branch says they sent you an umbrella 3 times already and don't understand why you don't have it yet and want it back right now!!!)

Sorry, don't know myself, why don't you ring Southern Water, you may be able to pay via debit card over the phone

It's likely that they have 'sold' the debt to this creditor so you will probably have to go through them which means extra charges. I suggest setting up a direct debit so you don't end up in the same situation again.
Plus speak to Royal Mail and sort out the post problem.0 -
Personally, if this is the 1st notice you've received about this debt, I'd pay Southern Water so you know the bill's been paid in full & request they call off Advantis Credit. If AC then start chasing you for their charges, write to them & tell them to deal directly with Southern Water as you do not acknowledge any debt to their company.Donedoingdebt Lightbulb moment January 2000. Hello
I emigrated from the UK several years and I use a friend's UK address as a forwarding address. Recently my friend called me and said they had received a letter from Advantis Credit threatening to arrive at their door in 7 days if a 'debt' in my name to Southern Water (N.B. I left UK several years ago - paying all my bills before emigrating) was not paid.
My questions are:
1) Surely Advantis Credit should have sent the details of the 'debt' before this demand?
2) How long does this kind of debt collection last - if the collectors hadn't discovered that the debtor is no longer a UK resident?
3) How do such debt collectors acquire the details of people who have 'gone away' from the payable address?
4) What effect does this kind of 'harassment' on the UK address holders have and how should they respond?
