Grrrrr I ordered 8 hard drives from these monkeys and they've only delivered 7. Phoned up and they say 'Oh but we have it down as 8 being shipped, are you sure?' Of course I'm sure and I paid extra for Sat delivery as I needed them today - am 99% sure they're going to give me the run around and won't refund the sat delivery charge.

They're now saying they have supposedly got the weight of the package before hand and made up a new similar order and it's the same weight. However the gits won't tell me what this magic weight is meant to be nor whether the package is sealed when weighed, how this weight is recorded (if it can be tampered with) or if someone could have put an extra something on top whilst it's being weighed to changed the supposed weight. Am sure I'm going to have to take this up with my card company and I bet I won't be seeing the extra I paid for sat delivery again...

I have had a refund problem with Ebuyer, but as C_Ronaldo says keep on at them and eventually you will get the Monkey with the brain.

I actually have to say that fair play to them they decided (oooh thank you) that I should have another drive shipped out (next day delivery) and gave me a refund for the sat delivery that I paid for originally
