Seems like everyone is thinking along the same lines, they dont mind paying the EA's fee's but want better service. Has anyone had any experience of selling through to netmovers or houseladder websites?

JoJo - I do have a base in Lancs but due to distance only go there every 6 weeks or so. I lived and worked in Lancashire for a long time before moving to sussex in October 07 and at present I am seriously considering going back to Lancs!

Which bit of Lancs are you in? I lived in a village between Colne and skipton
