Lloyds TSB Amex Duo - Airmiles for 0% BT

Just had a letter in this morning "reminding" me about the "full range of benefits" in using the card.
They're also offering me a 0% BT for six months, usual 3% fee. And 150 Airmiles for every £ 1000 transferred. Rate available till 3rd April.
Have significantly reduced my use of the Amex Duo card since I got the HSBC 0% purchase card - use them for lots of business expenses along with personal expenses. Can only assume that this has triggered something in their marketing department.
I'll call them to see if I can talk my way out of the 3% fee. They charge interest on the fee, not clear what rate they charge interest at.
Anyone saw these letters before offering Airmiles on a BT?

Okay, confirmed the interest on the BT fee is charged at the normal rate for your card (or "pennies" as the CS person described it)
Rules are you can BT amount that leaves at least 200 available credit after the fee's been applied.
Not a stooze you can make cash on, but I reckon I can get 2850 airmiles for £148 - BT fee with interest after 6 months would be £608, stoozed money will make £460 (after tax and lost days while in transit).
Promotion code for this if anyone else is interested is BT3A."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
Just had a similar offer, and searching the forums
brought up this thread.
Did you get anywhere with this, Canny Jock? By my reckoning, 6.2% is the break-even AER for the stoozing account.
(£1000 will cost £30 in BT fees, but earn £30 in 6 months' interest at that rate).
Would be happy to lose money on the deal - say an absolute max cost of £5 per 150 miles.0
