Zurich - rant!

We have buildings cover through the AA but if we need to make a claim etc it all goes through Zurich. I've just wasted half my morning dealing with Zurich insurance. I have to say that I have never dealt with such unhelpful and clueless staff in my life! The first person I managed to get through to had barely asked for my name before they decided to put me on hold. I waited for at least 10 minutes before eventually having to hang up. The next 2 people I spoke to had very poor telephone manners, again put me on hold at every opportunity, didn't listen properly to what I was saying, accused me of saying things that I hadn't etc.
Despite AA previously saying I had a valid claim, nevertheless when I spoke to Zurich they did their very best to try and weasel out of the claim and try and make me feel like a complete fraudster (even though I haven't done anything wrong and this is my first ever insurance claim with any company!). As a result this is the last time that I will ever take out any sort of a policy with the AA / Zurich and I will not be recommending them to anyone under any circumstances.
That's my rant over with anyway!
