  • I have just followed the advice in a previous post about Scrobbld which automatically collects data from Paypal and generates a CSV address file which can be read by my QL550 label printer software. It works really well
Thanks very much (see original post for link to Scrobbld)

    Great timing.

Just for the record I use aimco which works for my ebay, amazon and ekm shop.

I'am at the moment hand writing 50 envelopes a day. I want to buy a label printer but not sure how it works if I get say the Brother QL!
Do I have to copy and paste each address or is there a quicker way to print them all at once?
    Any help is great
    thanks

I've recently upgraded to a QL-560 after label got stuck and stripped the threads on the printer feed. The software included with the machine allows you just to highlight the address, right click, and print, but you do need to set the QL as your default printer.
There is a section in SMP that will display all the addresses on one web page ready for printing, so I just use this and can get about 15 labels per minute highlighted and printed.

  • See the link below to see how I do it, I download a c.s.v. file from eBay and use Microsoft Access to print a report, this is the most efficient way I've worked out so far. It would be nice to use eBay api, but that is beyond my talents :)

  • Google "Breeze Order Management System" It allows you to print your eBay addresses to a variety of customizable media formats (A4 sticky labels, Label printers etc) . Just send an email, if you are looking for a specific format that isn't listed.

The tool is worth checking out. It is reasonably priced and will save you tons of time.
