EON (Powergen) & £25 voucher

Hi
I switched to EON recently and I'm sure that they said they would send me a £25 (M&S?) voucher within 35 days. I cannot find any reference to the offer in the paperwork and they deny all knowledge.
Am I going mad or has anybody else heard of this offer?
I remember making notes but I cannot find them and it is just a bit annoying!
Might have to switch again.
