I'm surprised that this service doesn't seem to be metioned here (or even in Martin's article).
It's broadband (<8Mb 'unlimited'), line rental, extra line (via the net using supplied hardware) and calls (exclusions apply, as usual) for £24 per month. My own analysis suggests that TalkTalk are the only ones that can beat this other than cable; and then only by a couple of quid.
Orange CS is just bad, whereas TalkTalk is utterly dire. So I've given it a go.
Do others have experiences to share or any useful tips for us to share?
Best wishes, Neil

I have this service. It works fine for me. I would have preferred to have gone with O2 but they don't cover my exchange. The Orange CS is bad. If you do have to talk to them it is best tracking down an 0800 number to call them on.0

Thanks, I'll try and find one.
My Zen broadband stopped working this morning. I double checked with Zen CS (they're brilliant, but should be at the price) and I was no longer a customer! Put the Orange username and password into my ADSL modem (the Livebox hasn't arrived yet) and it worked fine.
I did phone Orange CS and they were ok, too. But they couldn't do any more than confirm username and password without passing me on to technical. As it happens I use opendns.org for my DNS, so I didn't need to find the Orange server addresses.
So far, so good. But any more tips would be appreciated.
Best wishes, Neil0
