Car dash scuff.

Question could relate to any vehicle but my car has a very small thin "scuff" mark on the surface of the dash. Dark grey colour textured plastic. Not a scrape, gouge or scratch as such. Only about 6mm long but it's on a slightly raised bit behind the windscreen demist vents and in my eyeline and as such, sad I know, is quite annoying!
Does anyone know of any dedicated product to disguise it or any other method? I've tried trim polish (Armoral) and even just rubbing with my finger tip but it still persists.
I don't want to rub too much as there will then be a localised shiny bit!!

have you tried a silicone dash spray? i know it makes the dash shiney and isnt always to everyones taste but eventually it will dull down again and hopefully cover up the scuff.worth a shot....work permit granted!0
