    Helen none of the advisors on here are allowed to tout for business but if you PM them maybe one of them would be willing to help you out.

    Thank you so much everyone for the quick and helpful advice you gave me. I rang Charcol and received a call back about 30 mins ago from someone who has keyed in all my info and the mortgage application is now in the system and the rate fixed. Hurrah, and it is a cheaper rate than I thought as well!

    I did think it very bizarre that no-one would be able to access an advisors information!
