Do any of you guys know anything about this scheme?
Basically, my partner and I are moving from Liverpool to Essex - she's taking up a permanent teaching position in Basildon.
Our combined salaries are £45,000 - we're looking to buy an apartment for around £140,000 - £160,000.
From the Moat webiste we appear to be eligible for an equity loan but do you know the figures involved? How much might we me able to get as an equity loan from the figures I've provided here?
Thanks in advance...

The above facts belong to everybody; the opinions belong to me; the distinction is yours to draw...

Why not contact Moat & ask them, as they should be able to give you all the info you need? The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
I did contact Moat in the first instance but understandably they were not keen to give specific monetary examples.
I was just wondering whether any of you on the board knew what kind of formula they might apply to applications. The above facts belong to everybody; the opinions belong to me; the distinction is yours to draw...0
