Advice needed!

Sorry for the long post!
I sold some collector item mugs on ebay for £273 on 22nd February.A bidder with 0% feedback bought them.I invoiced them as normal with no reply so I emailed them and asked if they could pay by paypal asap.I received an email back saying they would pick them up and pay cash on delivery-so i sent them my contact details-I heard nothing so emailed them again 2 days ago asking them to get in touch.
This morning I noticed they are no longer registered users so I emailed them and said I was relisting the mugs due to this.I then did a second chance offer which was accepted straight away.Tonight I have come home and they have sent an email saying they still want the mugs and will arrange to pick them up and there has been a mistake with ebay and will be registered again soon.Just wondered what advice anyone has regarding this.
Many thanks in advance.

As they are no longer registered, what you need to do first is to cancel the sale and then offer to the underbidder.
To cancel the sale, you need to file an unpaid item and as they are no longer registered, you should get your fees back straight away.
Only when you have done this should you offer the second chance.
If it is the Abba mugs, then the underbidder looks a much better option than your newbie winner!Your = belongs to you
