Is it just me, or is that cruel? He won't go to the best home, just the highest bidder! And they probably ill just buy him on a whim just because they can and won't know anything about parrots!

After seeing it, I reported it too. I've checked back today and it's now been stopped. Just a shame that the parrot is now stuck with owners that thought selling it on ebay would be a goos idea
