I must be really slow at this! Tried changing the name to get the second one for pressie but it seems to be the e mail address used as customer ref it recognises, even if I change the name. How do you get round this one then?

You could use a temporary email service such as MAILINATOR

Well I received my screwdrivers which hubby was well chuffed with but not my order which was a 79p set of illuminous erasers! Rang today to sort it out but was informed no customer advisors were available to take my call but I gave me details for a call back - which I'm still waiting for......

I used the link below, set to eight days when I ordered a second set for my dad. It all worked.
