Anyone used an online diary that at least 2 people in different locations can access & make changes to, if so any recommendations.

No but I know godaddy.com offer this feature in one of their email bundles. £30 a year I think.

Or do the same on googlemail - you can let other people see, edit or manage your calendar.

See means see but not change
edit means see and change
manage means see, change and invite other people to do the same.

Yeah the Google one looks really good, as in nice & easy to edit. Looked at the Hotmail one earlier but it took too long to input all the info.
