4*+ hotel recommendations Tenerife for new year

Hi I've been to Tenerife 5 times now and love the place especially at xmas and new year. We always end up in the Los christianos/Las americas area, which although we enjoy we would like to maybe try Los Gianties or elswhere for a change.

We are looking for a 4* + hotel preferably on a SC basis. Price isn't that important. We are looking to go on the 30th of December for a week.

Has anybody got any recommendations of nice hotels?

Los Gigantes is quite small, the main hotel is the Los Gigantes in the Thomson brochure. It's a gold hotel so no children under 16 but it's half board not self catering.

to the Los Gigantes Hotel in Los Gigantes ..... most of the people you meet there have also been back several times .... a good recommendation. Not the cheapest but good..... If you're 'intrepid' Thompson no longer have an exclusive deal with the hotel and you can book direct with them ..... I think Thompson now only guarantee to the hotel that they will take something like 70% of the rooms (this started May this year ....)
