Any discounts available Ferries to France?

Wondered if anyone knows the cheapest Ferry to travel from Portsmouth or Poole to St Malo? We need a cabin and are taking a car. Do Ferry companies offer discount codes?

not sure if you live in the region, but the local news from here (called "The News") are offering £10 per person plus car for £25 more.

There is a website link where you can price up and book up. If interested, i will dig out the link when I get home and post it here. However, despite the fact that you can book up and pay online, etc, the website says that you need to cut out the vouchers from the paper and provide them at check-in?!? Considering you'll be in amongst lots of other passengers paying full price, would they really check?

Hi, how long are you going for?
whereabouts are you in the country (wondered why poole or portsmouth)
Poole is expensive due to the long crossing - I live in Poole and I wouldn't use it - its cheaper to drive to Folkstone and catch the eurotunnel!

We use tesco vouchers and the tunnel, travelling from the Midlands to the south of France in 8 weeks time. Tunnel cost me £25 in vouchers and a bit paid by cash. cannot rememebr just how much, we booked way back in September.
