Cheap Travel Insurance to Asia

My wife & I are off on our holiday in November for 34 days travelling to Thailand/Vietnam & Cambodia.

We have free worldwide travel insurance with the A/L, but it only covers us for 30 days phoned them and asked if we could pay for the additional 4 days but no they wont allow that.

So we need cover for 34 days anyone have any suggestions ???
