Capital One - gone from rejection to £10k credit limit!

I don't know why they knocked us back intially - but got card through with £10k limit and 0% fee for balance transfers. Although I'm a bit dubious about the 0% fee bit.

Be careful that you have got the fee free product.
There are several reports of people applying for one product with Capital One, being accepted, but actually when the card arrives they are given a completely different deal.
My advice would be to complete the Balance Transfer over the telephone and confirm with the CS rep that the transfer is indeed fee free. Take their name along with the Date and Time of the call so that you have all the evidence you need if they do apply a fee to your account.0
