My old pc finally died and took all my info with it.This new one has xp. I've not used xp before and am having grief setting up email.how do i put in the from address?and where can i get details of my previous server etc?

When you have the email open that you're writing, click on the down arrow next to "Accounts", to the right of the SEND button for a drop down list of all your accounts. Click on the one you want to appear in the FROM field.
(Edit - sorry, this is for Outlook, not Outlook Express. You don't say which you use.)
If you don't have your old ISP's server details written down, you will either need to contact the ISP for the details or find them on their website.0 -
You should be able to get the info about the server from your email provider, try searching the help and faq pages for pop mail.Sometimes i surprise myself by being right.0

Your ISP is Wanadoo, isn't it? They've got something called an 'Easy Guide Settings Check' on their website.0
