Barclaycard OnePulse Oyster - £25 still not received

Well, I still don't have my £25 activation credit or whatever they call it.
I joined them, after seeing the ads for the card, and it was mentioned on MSE.
I spent £5 in a shop on the card within the time limit, well within it, I repaid that £5 on time, and I was supposed to get £25 credited to my account.
About 6 emails and a fax later, 2-3 weeks on since I complained, still nothing.
And no word from them since their emails saying I'm not entitled.
Not entitled eh? Well, that's odd, since I followed their offer & terms exactly.
I've asked them to explain. No word.
Just silence.
Obviously a very poor experience and still not even the £25.
I know others posted a similar story here. Did you get paid in the end, and how long was the wait and correspondence until you got the £25?
And isn't it rather unsatisfactory to make cardholders send emails to/fro like this when it's an offer they subscribed to and kept their end of the deal to.
So, instead of the £25 I've £0, and I await news from them of what clause or term I'm supposed to have not met. Wearing yellow boxer shorts? Singing an Oasis Number 1 single as I entered my PIN? Tapping my nose 3 times and saying the password "the goose is seen in the east today".
If anyone's interested here, I'll keep you posted.
