Called Citroen UK head office about some issues I had with my dealership/servicing.

Call was immediately answered by a nice chap who said he take my number and get someone to call me back asap, as all the operators were busy and they understood it was expensive to call.

15 mins later, someone called, sorted my problem asap, volunteered their name and department for future reference, and arranged to send me it in writing too.
