Have about £3600 debt on egg at 21.9%, was offered £2000 0% 15mths from virgin.
Q) Can I get another 0% CC to pay off the rest of the balance?

Possibly, card companies want to know that you'll be able to make at least the minimum payments once your other outgoing are taken into consideration.
Have a look at your credit report to see some of the details that the CC companies will see - free trial with Experian for online access, don't forget to cancel the subscription or you'll be charged a monthly fee after your 30 days.
No problem with having multiple 0% cards if your credit profile is what the card companies are looking for.
