memory upgrade for my laptop.....

hi,
i am looking for a PC2700 (333Mhz) DDR SODIMM memory upgrade for my laptop
i am preferably after either two 512mb or one 1gb.
just want to make it up to 1gb because i only have 256 at the min.
where could i get these cheap? i want them brand new so they havent been used by someone else.
i have looked on ebay and can get two 512mb for a total of £66 including p+p
and i can get 1gb for £70 including p+p
i am currently looking at gettin the 1gb one as i will then have a 1gb and a 256mb in my laptop and can always upgrade the 256mb to another 1gb at a later date.
any help will be appreciated.
