We were burgled on Friday 22nd...reported it to the police and insurance company (more than). Loss adjuster had to visit - that was Thursday 28th...
Well, today is Thursday 6th and we have received all the vouchers for replacing the stolen stuff and had the cash for the rest (minus the excess) paid into the bank.
I can't fault More Than - they have been excellent throughout and to have sorted replacements within a fortnight...well...I think that's excellent.
