I was overcharged heaps of time between Oct - Dec last year, close to every week when I do my groceries shopping! Each time I go to CS, they only refunded me the difference. I didn't know about the gift voucher. I feel so cheated!

sorry to all those that have been turned away at the checkout when using coupons, ive been told in my store that it was something all asda's do!? not sure why some stores dont allow this.

    Mamamia x

probably because it could be construed as fraud if asda try to claim the money back from the manufacturer

I tried in Tesco on Friday, and for the first time ever, all of my coupons were refused! The girl said she thought they had changed their policy, and you had to buy the stuff. Hope not, but have others found this?

In Tesco I use the coupons in the self service tills it varies from week to week. I even print the couponstar ones out from the internet, if they don't work one week wait a few weeks and they tend to go through.

  • Aren't there laws against the stores doing that?
  • A very nice lady on the till at my local ASDA a couple of weeks ago told me they only take ASDA vouchers if you have bought the item/s but will take any others regardless.
