Sponsorship for charitable student festival ...

Hi,
i'm not sure if this should go here or in the student boards or somewhere else so sorry if it's in the wrong place.
I'm involved with running a festival in June put on by a group of students at my uni which is in its fourth year. Every year all the money made goes straight to charity (last year we made £30,000).
This year some of our costs have go up and unfortunately at the same time our major source of funding is becoming really unstable so we really need to get some sponsorship and fast!
We're currently looking into trustfunds, CSR and marketing departments but don't seem to be getting very far. Does anyone have some advice about how we could do this? And also to develop a sustainable sponsorship programme so future years don't also have this problem?
