I phoned them and threatened to leave and they put me on a cheaper tariff!!!!! Might be worthwhile doing:beer:0 -
I phoned them to ask to be moved from Sign Online v6 to sign online v11 for my gas and they agreed no problems!
I told them when I asked last week they had refused but she said that it was entirely possible, but I needed by meter reading (was at work).0 -
You can also switch online to another npower tarriff - you go through the normal process on their website as if you were switching supplier, but it allows you to switch to a better tarriff for gas and electricity or just one of them. I just did it after they told me about it on the phone - they also advised me only to switch my electricity and not the gas which I didnt know I could do as I'm on a dual fuel tarriff. Should save me £70 a year as their electricity price has come down.0
