Sorry not asking for advice dont know if this is the right place but I need to vent..
I work in property management looking after flats, we look after all the communal areas services etc... my role with in the company is to look after all the utilities (communal lighting so electricity is the main one)
Before I joined everything was moved over to one provider (BGB) to make things easier to keep track of. I don't think I would have chosen BGB but not my decision we got a good deal.
Because I try to co-ordinate about 400 accounts I have been allocated an account manager.
Anyone that deals with BG will know about the sort of problems that can occur on personal supplies so imagine 400 accounts
I get so many problems
I have one today I am trying to deal with and just got into an argument with my 'Account Manager' do they just in their training get taught how to not listen to people? he just was not listening to a word I was saying and I was getting so angry with him he put the phone down on me, then sent me an email saying 'there is no need to get funny about this' - I am truely about ready to blow my top with British Gas just insisting their system is right even though I can prove it is wrong. why do they trust a pc over a human being? Argh
Sorry rant over... feel a bit better now though
