Never had any problems in the 18 months or so with these 2,invoices always on 27-28th of each month.
I have noted that as of today no e-mailed invoices for last month, seems strange has anyone else experienced the same??
Or are there problems

Each month? Except for the first month, I've never had an invoice each month - bi-monthly at best but, somtimes, not for 3 months.
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

I usually receive invoices on 2-4 of each month. However, once it was delayed untill 14th, although money had been taken from my account as usually - at the beginning of the month.

My invoices never arrive every month. I'm not bothered as my bill is never very high. Thats with my Mum's No on the account too. :D

My invoice date is around the 24th of each month. some months they don't invoice me - others they do (and this is not just a case of whether or not I have reached a particular amount eg. they can decide not to invoice me when I have £5+ on my bill but to invoice me another month when I only have £2).

In July, I didn't receive emails from 1899 or 18866 but they DID invoice me (as I found when I checked my online account). Last night I finally got the invoice for 18866 by email (and the email was dated 2 August even though the attached invoice was dated 24 July). I haven't yet had an email from 1899 re their bill from the same day.

My 18866 invoices are around bi-monthly as not a huge user. My first 1899 bill covered Feb - May and haven't had one since but there only 14p been used for an int'l call on it.
  • My 18866 invoices are payable around 22nd of month. I was getting them each month. Now, haven't had an invoice since 22nd June.

But when I log on to my 18866 account it shows the correct details of what I owe - so not worried yet. The money is better in my bank account than theirs. :D
