You need to change the settings for your graphics card. I have a Nvidia card and go into Nvidia settings.
Right click on desktop | properties | settings | advanced | your graphics card should be listed on one of the tabs at the top.
Have a look there and it should have detected your TV output or there will be an option to.0 -
You normally have to press a key to cycle the output between laptop screen, TV output, and (possibly) both. Might be worth a quick check through the manual.?0

The hotkeys are Fn + F5 to switch between LCD only, CRT only or LCD/CRT simultaneous display. From

You should have the utility program in your taskbar ( S3)
TV out option is blanked on mine when not connected to a TV, but works when connnected
similiar options if go via dispaly setting
All in the Info centre manual on the hard drive ( originally)
It says F5 Toggling does not wotk TV out , only LCD/ monitor
I have the same E6100Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -

The help file should be in - start - all programs - Packard Bell Support-- info centre(user guide) - my computer ( within that program not windows my computer) - ports and connectors- TVout
TAskbar
go to your taskbar at bottom of screen -
use arrow to expand - see if 3G is there
Or try - start- my computer- apperances - display -setting- advanced -S3display
( TV out option is greyed out unless actually connected to TV via the S-video plug)Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0 -

Have you got your TV set to AV?????♥♥♥ Genius - 1% inspiration and 99% doing what your mother told you. ♥♥♥0

so you have one end of the the S-Vid plugged into the laptop
the other end into the TV
( is it in a S-video input socket ? - I use a adapter to make it RCA Vid in , for more normal AV input)
TV switched to AV channel ( you mayu have more than 1 )
If all above , then I don't know !Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
