  • Choccy's list looks pretty comprehensive to me. If he wants some support from people in a similar situation, I heard the other day about another single dad who was pointed towards homedad.org and a yahoo group called nct single parents (sorry can't remember how to do links)
    £2 savers club - £62

    Relaunched grocery challenge:

March target: £150 on food, £50 on other stuff - still not doing very well at keeping track...:o

The following isn't a freebie site but there is loads of information about doing things for free or cheaply as a parent. I found all the info on local toddler groups v useful as I was new to my area when I gave birth so didn't have a clue where anything was. Quality of information will depend on your area.

Are you talking about cloth nappies or disposables? If it is cloth nappies then there are loads of great sites out there such as:

    to name a few.

If it is disposables then as Jo_b said, register with the pampers and huggies sites and they will send you samples/vouchers now and then.

    I've been Money Tipped!
And our council gives a free sample of a reuseable nappy for you to try.

Worth asking if your council does it too.
