Opinions needed - Dell Inspiron 6000

Following some really good advice I received on this forum a couple of months ago;) , I would be really grateful if someone could offer their opinion on the following package from Dell. I require the laptop to be able to do word processing, handle a digital camera, and enable me to surf the web (with broadband preferably). Do you think this is adequate for my requirements and do you think it is value for money???

Additionally, what would I need to purchase in addition to the package shown i.e. software etc?
