Wonderful service from Toshiba

I have a 3 year old Toshiba Satellite laptop. I have never had any sort of problem with it, except rather foolishly allowing it to get a virus! It has been in use daily since purchase and now has very worn lettering on the keys. I tried using a marker pen and experimented with stick on letters but nothing was very satisfactory.
A few days ago I e-mailed Toshiba to see if they had any suggestions. The outcome is that they are sending me a complete new keyboard with fixing instructions....for free!!
I am so happy, my old friend is going to have a makeover and hopefully will give me a few more years service.
