Halifax vs Direct Line - too good to be true?

Thanks amd. Will try the DL site & see what I can do. Incidentally - I used the insurance supermarket screen scraper to get my quote from Halifax and was then transferred to their site for an accurate quote. As a matter interest, I went direct to the Halifax site this morning, and was quoted a dearer price for the same cover. So using the screenscraper obviously provides a better discount. Reason that one out!0

            Hi Dragon,
If you reckon you'll go with DL it's worth registering with their site as you can save quotes and access policies online. Good when messing with the quote - you can always go back and not have to enter everything again from scratch!
Happy hunting!Money can't buy you happiness, but it does bring you a more pleasant form of misery.
