Perhaps i have cut off my nose to spite my face but i finally said bye bye to the CSA today!

What a surprise it was the easiest thing that they could manage to do without having to get a,b,c and d involved.
Every month something new from them some way to mess things up and all the CSA have done for me is give me a pile of hassle!

I chose to bring my son into this world i will pay for everything that he needs, if his deadbeat of a father doesn't want to have anything to do with his son then fine...i'm sick to the back teeth of having to fight for everything.
I GIVE UP!! NRP WINS

Good Luck to anyone else who is still determined to fight the CSA.

Naw ... you BOTH brought him into this world.

I can totaly understand your frustrations in being led a merry dance by both your ex and the CSA ... but at the end of the day, the NRP doesn't win. You may think he has won, but he is the one who has turned his back on his child too - which makes him a LOSER in my book.

  • assuming youre all women so far.............

its not always the dads fault they cant see their child, my ex would never let me see our child, i have travelled 300 miles to see my child after arranging it with her, guess what? she wasnt in. she's even told me she'd move if i ever found them. we had no bad history at all but once we split up she turned into a total nasty cow. as a result i would do anything i could to make sure she never gets a single penny out of me. and i mean it. of course i want to see my child and have no qualms about paying for my childs upbringing but when she can do something like that why the hell should i? i know oneday my child will come knocking on my door perhaps, if they do then all well and good. however, i have set up a trust fund for them and pay into it regularly so its not a case of i'm not paying. money i pay into that IS FOR THE CHILD not for their evil mother.

    end of.

I appreciate everyone's circumstances are different...i however have always said that my son could have contact with his father but this never materialised into anything. He saw his son twice when he was 2 years old then in later years he phoned him twice on the second phone call he thought it would be highly amusing to tell his son that he would phone him next week at a certain time and guess what he never did phone him back, infact i got several txt messages from him gloating how funny it was that my autistic child was sitting waiting for that phone call.

He got back in contact again last year to gloat that his CSA payments would be reduced as he was having another child with another woman and he carried on to say how his new child was not an accident unlike my son, and that he was so in love with this other woman unlike me a fat sl*g (his words  )

Does he bother with my child NO he even goes as far to state on another website that infact he only has 1 child...

    face bovvvvered not any longer.

He sounds so like my ex!!!

You and your son will be better off without such a twisted b*****d in your lives.

And, like me, you can raise a wonderful, well balanced individual - knowing that his wonderfulness is all down to you!
