Problem with PC

Ive recently reinstalled XP using the cds which came with the pc but ive come across a problem when i restart the pc i get the option to restart the pc in safe mode or uisng last known configuration, ive tried each of the options and on every option i get a blue screen saying a problem has been detected and windows needs to shut down, theres a series of numbers which have appeared on the screen which is (0x0000007B, 0xF789E640, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Cheers for the link, so let me get this right its asking me to copy that text into a notepad and add it to the registry, i dont have a floppy drive so would a pen drive be ok,
