The shop name is Usually the name thats in brackets on your page, and area is usually city or county, eg. west yorkshire, but if you didn't check i wouldn't recommend you falsify in case you get it wrong!!!
and if you think it may be on the clients website, have a look

Example if it
XYZ co (Lockburn) then can i just write XYZ co as shop name and Area name as Lockburn ........... i can quickly go and check tomorrow in another shop and then call back and ask them if i can change something.....0
