EDF Offer has disappeared

Hi,
after being stung with a 15% increase in prices by Scottish Power (although I am currently £220.00 in credit) I decided on Monday that it was time to switch. I got my useage figures in Kwh for gas and electric from Scottish Power and did the usual checks on the comparison sites to find the cheapest. EDF Online V5.1 came out tops on all three sites, so I applied to switch on-line.
I then did the same comparison again this morning (just to double check) and E-ON came out tops, with EDF nowhere to be seen????
I checked my kwh useage with Scottish Power again and they gave me different figures (Based on actual readings). When I put these into the comparison sites, N-Power comes out tops. What is going on??
I'm concerned that if I use the exact kwh of gas and electric as I did for the previous year, then N-Power will be cheapest but if I use slightly more, E-ON will be cheaper.
Any advice

get the tariffs for any supplier you intend to go to and work it out yourself0 -
Isn't that what the comparison sites should do if you put your gas and electricity figures in as kwh??0
