Hi Im not sure where to post this so I guess under Travel is a safe bet!

I am looking to purcahse a house and move to Spain. I need to move money around and would like advice on an agent to help me change the £ to € I understand the banks dont offer the best rates ... so who does?

Or can somone please send me to the correct forum/thread please.

The exchange rate for the pound/euro is at an all time low.
Further more property prices in Spain are edging lower.

So all in all you should delay your move for this year at least.

Halifax bank have their own bank in Spain where money can be shuffled to at no charge, BUT you can`t escape the current crap £/€ exchange rate.
