Written proof of No Claims Bonus

Our new car insurers (Admiral) want written proof of our no claims bonus. On the renewal from our old insurers it didn't give details, just said it included protected ncb.

We have written to Kwikfit asking them to confirm in writing but they are ignoring the letter. Do they have to provide this info and if they don't what can we do?

Explain the problem to Admiral, and they may be able to get the info direct from Kwikfit.
