Another cancellation question and NCD

Thought I'd let you know the outcome of this. I rang Budget and they agreed to cancel the policy and send me my NCD. I hope there was not a communication problem as she said that it would be 1p to cancel it, I kept asking her to repeat it and she kept saying that, but she was based in South Africa and I hope that 1p doesn't mean something different there.
I rang Privilege again and they said that they wouldn't start chasing for the NCD until about 24th March, not 14 days as the other advisor had told me.
So hopefully it will all be sorted out now.0
