haggling for a Pug 207 on passport scheme?

Hi there,
I am thinking of getting a 2008 Peugeot 207 (mplay edition). my Local dealer is offering 5.9% Apr at the moment on their passport scheme (lease).
They are currently running an offer on this edition making it around £9219, this is cheaper than all the comparison site on here. Can I still haggle? What should I aim for?
Also is the amount i can haggle affected by the fact that its on the passport finance?
Any advice?
