Hi
Sold a high value mobile phone last night ( £190 ) on ebay in the listing i clearly stated confirmed verifyied paypal payments only buyer had an unconfirmed address so ive refunded.
My question is do i have to wait to relist or should i just relist straight away as the longer i wait the value of the phone will go down.
I realise i will have to wait 8 days to get my final value fees back.
This is so annoying why dont buyers ever read.
