How Do I Find Out if a Particular Property Sold at Auction

Hello, I was nosing around RM, like you do, and I noticed a property for sale. It went to auction on Tuesday 4 March, it was still on RM about 3am this morning, but today it seems gone.
I was wondering how, just pure nosiness, I could find out if it sold/how much for. I used to work for the owner and used to work in a room at the house, which was the office. And I am no longer in the area or I'd have popped round/kept an eye on developments over the coming weeks.
The auction was at the Penventon Hotel, Penventon, Redruth, Cornwall, TR15 1TE in case anybody has access to some auctions and wondered which one.

Do you know the name of the auctioneers?0

No. I don't think I do.
I know the estate agent it was with was Stratton & Creber. But the advert for the house simply said when/where the auction was.0 -
I just checked the PDF I created last night from the details and it just says:
FOR SALE BY PUBLIC AUCTION - 4th March 2008 - Penventon Hotel, Blowinghouse Hill, Redruth, Cornwall TR15 1TE0 -
Ah. Done some digging around. Fulfords Auctioneers it seems.0

Go to strattoncreber.co.uk and click on property auctions and then previous auctions - results, and it will have the sold price listed.0

Found the listing on their site: http://www.fulfords.co.uk/search-results.php?searchobj=property_search&dbtype=
Going to try to find the results now.0 -

Sold. 10% over guide.
I am pleased. There's nothing worse in life than a property holding you back and cluttering up your life when you want to move on and do other stuff.0 -
It will be on eig auction info by later in the afternoon. Can't find that particular auctioneer listed though. If you give me the full property info then I can see if I can find it.0
