Did a search and didnt find this any where, saw it on a financial site, might help someone.
"Credit cards with fee-free 0% balance transfers have made a comeback - but only for borrowers with the very best credit scores.
Capital One, Norwich & Peterborough BS and Britannia BS have brought back these deals, which were thought to have become extinct last year.
Capital One is offering an interest-free balance transfer for no fee until August 1.
Norwich & Peterborough's offer is for six months and Britannia's for five months. These introductory deals are the first time for almost a year that fee-free balance transfer offers have been seen. "

This isn't really true. As Martin has advised in his article, Ulster Bank have been offering fee free 0% balance transfers for 6 months and to my knowledge never ceased the deal.
So, I don't think they ever disappeared completely, just became very rare.0 -

Well that's what I thought and signed up for a card in October and when my card arrived they said that this wasn't available anymore. I cancelled my card and the chap informed me that others had done the same.0 -
Although these are great, I still think several of the standard fees cards are almost better value as, although you've paid 2.5-3% BT fee, the deal is for a much longer period (15 instead of 6 months) and some fees cards (eg Virgin) have low monthly payments (£5 in my case) which helps prop up the stoozed amount rather than reducing the effect by 2.25-3% in minimum payments every month.Signature on holiday for two weeks0

I think you may be confusing the Ulster Rugby card (BOI) with the Ulster Bank card (RBSG).craigyknows wrote: »Well that's what I thought and signed up for a card in October and when my card arrived they said that this wasn't available anymore.
