paypal dispute negative balance

A buyer has a problem with an item, after two weeks. He has made a complaint to Paypal to have frozen my account... Do you know the what the next stages are? I am in negative balance, is there a way paypal can take £ from e.g. card / bank details?

    BG NOTE

Firstly just to say that I have removed this post from another thread as it did not really relate to the thread at all. You will get better responses asking this as a standalone question.

Just to clarify...If the buyer has opened a dispute you have the right to respond and must do so within 10 days. However, what sort of complaint has th ebuyer actually made, item not received or item significantly not as described?

if it is the first then you can stop the chargeback if you have online proof of delivery to a confirmed paypal address. If it is the second, then you have an open dispute which you can respond to and explain your side of the argument.
